A subjetividade das Mulheres do café no lócus da ação social : novos olhares para uma intervenção metodológica

Abstract

Compreendemos a intervenção como uma atividade metodológica para a reflexão e o desenvolvimento humano, baseada na Teoria da Atividade Histórico Cultural (TAHC). A experiência com essas atividades, em diversas organizações, trouxe inúmeras inquietações sobre a maneira como as(os) participantes atuavam durante as intervenções. Percebemos que a subjetividade, que emergia durante essas práticas, precisava ser melhor estudada, haja vista que era constitutiva da ação das(os) participantes. Para superar essas questões, nos propomos, neste estudo, construir um modelo teórico que ampare as metodologias intervencionistas, a partir da interpretação das produções subjetivas das Mulheres do Café no lócus da ação social, visando a explicação dos desdobramentos da subjetividade em intervenções. O referencial teórico que conduziu esse estudo baseou-se nos conceitos fundamentais de Metodologias Intervencionistas e da Teoria da Subjetividade. Norteadas pelos princípios da Epistemologia Qualitativa e a Metodologia Construtivo-interpretativa, propostos por Fernando González Rey, realizamos visitas e encontros virtuais, para nos aproximarmos e construirmos vínculos com esse grupo de cafeicultoras do Norte Pioneiro do Paraná. Diversos instrumentos de pesquisa contribuíram para que dialogássemos com elas sobre o seu cotidiano e, assim, fôssemos construindo a informação. As reflexões decorrentes desse processo são apresentadas em três eixos, tendo em vista o modelo teórico: 1) Produções subjetivas no lócus da ação social, mediante a interpretação da subjetividade nos espaços sociais que integram o cotidiano das participantes da pesquisa, com seus desdobramentos; 2) Aproximações e distanciamentos no coletivo organizacional, alcançadas por meio da subjetividade do grupo Mulheres do Café e 3) Para além das experiências e atribuições da atividade do trabalho, vistas a partir das produções subjetivas das cafeicultoras. A partir disso, compreendemos que a intervenção é uma prática que pressupõe subjetividade. As experiências e as situações que os indivíduos vivenciam em diferentes espaços sociais estabelecem o seu sistema simbólico-emocional, de modo que a sua subjetividade tem correspondência imediata na sua participação com vistas à solução do conflito durante o processo intervencionista. Ao considerar outros espaços sociais do cotidiano das(os) participantes da intervenção, não ficando restrito ao ambiente definido na organização, as(os) pesquisadoras(es)-intervencionistas têm condições de interpretar as produções subjetivas para melhor compreender o fenômeno em estudo. Por essa razão, as metodologias intervencionais carecem de uma nova configuração que possibilite às(aos) pesquisadoras(es)- intervencionistas interpretarem as produções subjetivas das(os) participantes a partir do lócus da ação social, haja vista que esse é um espaço de desenvolvimento subjetivo, construído sob a interferência de aspectos históricos, culturais, sociais, econômicos e políticos. Diante das limitações de metodologias intervencionistas, que reconhecem apenas o momento da intervenção como produtor da subjetividade, defendemos que as produções subjetivas individuais e sociais têm uma correspondência imediata no desenvolvimento dessas práticas e devem ser interpretadas e analisadas no processo intervencionista, a partir do lócus da ação social, constituído pelos diferentes espaços que integram o cotidiano dos indivíduos, já que a subjetividade gera inteligibilidade para além daquilo que está explícito no ambiente previamente organizado para a intervenção.

We understand the intervention as a methodological activity for reflection and human development, based on the Historical Cultural Activity Theory (TAHC). The experience with these activities, in several organizations, raised numerous concerns about the way the participants acted during the interventions. We realized that the subjectivity that emerged during these practices needed to be better studied, given that it was constitutive of the participants' actions. To overcome these issues, we propose in this study to build a theoretical model that supports interventionist methodologies, from the interpretation of the subjective productions of Café Mulheres in the locus of social action, aiming at explaining the unfolding of subjectivity in interventions. The theoretical framework that led this study was based on the fundamental concepts of Interventionist Methodologies and the Theory of Subjectivity. Guided by the principles of Qualitative Epistemology and the Constructive-Interpretive Methodology, proposed by Fernando González Rey, we carried out virtual visits and meetings, to get closer and build links with this group of coffee growers from the North of Paraná. Several research instruments contributed for us to dialogue with them about their daily lives and, thus, we were building the information. The reflections resulting from this process are presented in three axes, in view of the theoretical model: 1) Subjective productions in the locus of social action, through the interpretation of subjectivity in the social spaces that integrate the daily lives of the research participants, with their consequences; 2) Approaches and distances in the organizational collective, achieved through the subjectivity of the Mulheres do Café group; and 3) Beyond the experiences and attributions of the work activity, seen from the subjective productions of the coffee growers. From this, we understand that intervention is a practice that presupposes subjectivity. The experiences and situations that individuals experience in different social spaces establish their symbolic-emotional system, so that their subjectivity has an immediate correspondence in their participation with a view to resolving the conflict during the interventionist process. When considering other social spaces in the daily life of the intervention participants, not being restricted to the environment defined in the organization, the interventionist researchers are able to interpret the subjective productions to better understand the phenomenon under study. For this reason, interventional methodologies lack a new configuration that allows interventionist researchers to interpret the subjective productions of participants from the locus of social action, given that this is a space for subjective development, built under the interference of historical, cultural, social, economic and political aspects. Faced with the limitations of interventionist methodologies that only recognize the moment of intervention as a producer of subjectivity, we argue that individual and social subjective productions have an immediate correspondence in the development of these practices and must be interpreted and analyzed in the interventionist process, from the locus of social action, constituted by the different spaces that integrate the daily life of individuals, since subjectivity generates intelligibility beyond what is explicit in the environment previously organized for the intervention.
