Modelo tridimensional digital como ferramenta didático- metodológica para o ensino de geografia no contexto da educação básica

Abstract

O objetivo deste presente trabalho é discutir a importância das geotecnologias no ensino de Geografia, especialmente dos modelos tridimensionais digitais, como instrumento didático-metodológico. Consideram-se, neste contexto, as dificuldades encontradas ao se ensinar Geografia na atualidade destacada pela literatura educacional e o papel central do professor dentro do processo ensino-aprendizagem. Para tal, metodologicamente, a pesquisa adotada é do tipo colaborativa sendo, portanto, executada em conjunto com dois professores da educação básica, valorizando, assim, seus saberes profissionais para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa. Desta maneira, evidencia-se como as tecnologias vêm evoluindo ao longo dos anos na sociedade contemporânea e que se constitui em um fator preponderante quanto à produção e reprodução do espaço geográfico em seus mais diversos níveis de articulação e influência. Discute-se, como a Geografia enquanto ciência vem se utilizando dos aparatos tecnológicos em prol de suas análises, demonstrando como seu processo de execução ocorre. Em consonância com a grande representatividade tecnológica contemporânea, o trabalho busca salientar, no contexto dos objetivos maiores da educação geográfica, que o docente de Geografia tem no uso das tecnologias atuais um grande aliado. Busca-se, para além da instrumentação técnica, destacar a importância didática das novas tecnologias, especialmente das geotecnologias, destacando sua capacidade de aproximação dos alunos com os conteúdos estudados através da visualização e interação tecnológica, para assim a promoção do raciocínio geográfico do aluno, ressaltando, portanto, o papel indispensável do professor para o melhor uso de tais ferramentas, contribuindo de forma efetiva para a qualificação do ensino de Geografia

The objective of this present work is to discuss the importance of geotechnologies in the teaching of Geography, especially digital three-dimensional models, as a didactic-methodological tool. It is considered, in this context, the difficulties encountered when teaching geography today highlighted by the educational literature and the central role of the teacher within the teaching-learning process. To this end, methodologically, the research adopted is of the collaborative type, being, therefore, carried out together with two teachers of basic education, thus valuing their professional knowledge for the development of the research. In this way, it is evident how technologies have evolved over the years in contemporary society and that it constitutes a preponderant factor regarding the production and reproduction of the geographic space in its most diverse levels of articulation and influence. It is discussed how Geography as a science has been using technological devices in favor of its analyses, demonstrating how its execution process occurs. In line with the great contemporary technological representation, the work seeks to emphasize, in the context of the greater objectives of geographic education, that the Geography teacher has a great ally in the use of current technologies. In addition to technical instrumentation, we seek to highlight the didactic importance of new technologies, especially geotechnologies, highlighting their ability to bring students closer to the contents studied through visualization and technological interaction, in order to promote the student's geographic reasoning, emphasizing, therefore, the indispensable role of the teacher for the best use of such tools, effectively contributing to the qualification of geography teaching
