Aspectos legais de sistemas agroflorestal na agricultura familiar

Abstract

Os sistemas Agroflorestais são formas de manejos do solo através de combinações de cultivos agrícolas e/ou criação de animais com espécies arbustivas, podendo ser frutíferas, madeireiras ou não madeireiras, ao mesmo tempo ou sequencialmente, resultando em uma série de benefícios no âmbito ambiental, social e econômico. Além de contribuir para a preservação dos recursos naturais e recuperação do solo danificado. Neste contexto, a pesquisa tem por finalidade apresentar os direitos ao financiamento de custeio e investimento de sistemas agroflorestais para produtores da agricultura familiar, por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica, com o principal foco os Sistemas Agroflorestais, que são considerados como uma alternativa sustentável para a preservação e recuperação ambiental. O trabalho fundamentou-se no viés metodológico da pesquisa bibliográfica, baseando-se nos levantamentos de materiais já publicados, entre eles, podemos citar livros, teses e artigos. Este estudo está organizado em três capítulos, em que no primeiro capítulo traz discussões sobre o Programa Nacional de Fortalecimento da Agricultura Familiar - PRONAF tratando sobre sua importância para os produtores rurais que se enquadram neste programa, já o segundo capítulo, aborda os Sistemas Agroflorestais na agricultura familiar, trazendo a definição deste sistema, bem como seus benefícios. Por fim, o trabalho traz discussões acerca da função agroecológica do cultivo agroflorestal na proteção do bem jurídico ambiental. A partir dos estudos realizados neste trabalho, é possível entender que o Programa Nacional de Fortalecimento da Agricultura Familiar - PRONAF se constituiu como principal política pública voltada para a agricultura familiar brasileira, e seu principal objetivo que é de conceder crédito rural para a agricultura familiar
