Devir organização : cartografando os agenciamentos coletivos de enunciação dos assentados na Fazenda Ipanema em Iperó/SP

Abstract

Resumo: A tese aqui defendida foi de que uma perspectiva rizomática das organizações pode contribuir para a leitura das produções de agenciamentos coletivos de enunciação em meio às organizações formais. Desse modo, ao cartografar as produções que envolvem o viver no assentamento Ipanema em Iperó/SP, as construções de verdades que fundamentam os Estudos Organizacionais enquanto espaço de poder, também foram sendo cartografadas. Isso ocorreu em uma produção de movimentos de desterritorialização das teorizações acerca das organizações de seu espaço de saber e poder, e reterritorialização em novos espaços habitados pela teorização de Deleuze, Guattari, De Certeau e Foucault, em que o desejo e as táticas produzem novas formas de ser e existir, enquanto devir organização. Desse modo, a produção dos dados a partir dos encontros com os participantes da pesquisa e das leituras das reportagens do jornal Cruzeiro do Sul de Sorocaba (entre 1992 e 1997) me levaram a três eixos de análise: o retorno ao campo, o trabalho no campo e o devir organização. Isso direcionou minha atenção para os elementos produzidos da relação dos moradores do assentamento com a terra e com o trabalho no campo, que orientam as relações familiares e a forma de ação dos moradores diante das imposições homogeneizantes da máquina social. Desse modo, no decorrer dessa cartografia acompanhei a produção de subjetividades múltiplas, que carregam a memória das lutas e dificuldades do passado na produção de um presente de luta e resistência às imposições do mercado financeiro e consumidor dos seus produtos. Por esses caminhos, segui para a compreensão das organizações enquanto rizoma, permitindo que eu rompesse com a dicotomia entre organizar e desorganizar que marcam os sentidos das teorizações do campo, abrindo o conceito de organização, enquanto plano da organização, para questionamentos relativos a suas produções, rótulos e sentidos. Desse modo, seguir pelos caminhos de um devir organização é se abrir para a multiplicidade de formas de produzir a vida nas organizações, seguindo pelos fluxos produzidos pelo desejo.

Abstract: The thesis defended here was that a rhizomatic perspective of organizations can contribute to the reading of the productions of collective enunciation agencies in the midst of formal organizations. Thus, when mapping the productions that involve living in the Ipanema settlement in Iperó/SP, the constructions of truths that underlie Organizational Studies as a space of power, were also being mapped. This occurred in a production of movements of deterritorialization of theorizations about the organizations of their space of knowledge and power, and reterritorialization in new spaces inhabited by the theorization of Deleuze, Guattari, De Certeau and Foucault, in which desire and tactics produce new forms to be and exist, while becoming organization. In this way, the production of data from the meetings with the research participants and from the readings of the reports in the Cruzeiro do Sul de Sorocaba newspaper (between 1992 and 1997) led me to three axes of analysis: the return to the field, the work in the field and the becoming organization. This directed my attention to the elements produced in the relationship between the residents of the settlement with the land and with work in the field, which guide family relationships and the way in which the residents act in the face of the homogenizing impositions of the social machine. Thus, in the course of this cartography, I followed the production of multiple subjectivities, which carry the memory of the struggles and difficulties of the past in the production of a present of struggle and resistance to the impositions of the financial and consumer market for its products. Along these paths, I followed the understanding of organizations as a rhizome, allowing me to break with the dichotomy between organizing and disorganizing that mark the meanings of the field's theorizations, opening up the concept of organization, as na organization plan, for questions related to their productions, labels and directions. In this way, to follow the paths of becoming organization is to open up to the multiplicity of ways of producing life in organizations, following the flows produced by desire.
